FordPass® Relieves a Major Pain Point: Parking

Finding parking is one of the biggest struggles commuters face -- especially if you have to drive into the city. A Harris Poll found that over a third of Americans choose alternate transportation -- like buses, trains, and rideshares -- not because it saves money, but because it relieves the stress of finding a parking spot.

The poll found that it takes nearly 15 minutes for most commuters to find parking. "Finding and paying for parking is one of the biggest pain points for drivers," says Elena Ford, Ford Motor Company vice president, Global Dealer and Consumer Experience.

FordPass® Park aims to relieve that pain. Simply enter your destination into the app before you go. You can find a parking garage, and pay for and reserve a space in advance. It's available in over 160 cities in the U.S., including Philadelphia.

"This new feature is just one of many ways we are delivering better, smarter, more efficient mobility solutions for consumers with FordPass," she concludes.
